A native of Tipperary, Pauric Nesbitt graduated from the University of Limerick with an Honours degree in Law and Accounting. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2022 after gaining experience during his traineeship in probate, conveyancing, employment, and both civil and criminal litigation.
Since joining Darach McCarthy & Co. in 2022, Pauric has specialised in criminal defence litigation. He has represented clients in the District Court, Circuit Court, Central Criminal Court, and Court of Appeal, including involvement in several high-profile cases. His work spans from Garda investigations and bail applications to full courtroom litigation.
Pauric is a member of the Legal Aid Panel of Solicitors and joined the Limerick Solicitors Bar Association in 2025. He is committed to ensuring every clients rights are protected at every stage of the legal process and to obtaining the best outcome for the client.
Pauric also enjoys playing rugby, he commenced playing rugby with his home club of Roscrea RFC and going on to play in a number of development squads as well as schools Rugby with Cistercian College Roscrea. He currently appears on the Senior Men’s Squad for UL Bohemian RFC and has played there for over twelve years.
